The shoe-shiner, the boss, the archive room: all of it is created with AI. Here is how we made an ad without a single actor.

Making-of of “Le cireur” · Client: AVAL Apps

A face. A sheet.
A scene.

**1 · The face**We create every character from scratch: a unique face that belongs to no one.

**2 · The character sheet**Front, back, profile, outfit: the same character stays identical from scene to scene.

**3 · The scene**The character plays the scene, in a set we build as well.
